RankMe lets users create, export, share, save, and publish tier lists.
You must be at least 13 (or older if required by local law). Under 18: use with parental consent where required.
Optional login via Discord, Google, or X. You are responsible for your account. We may suspend accounts for abuse or Terms violations.
You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading, saving, or publishing content, you grant RankMe a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service — including showing public tier lists to other users.
You must not upload content that violates law, infringes IP rights, contains malware, promotes hate, harassment, threats, exploitation of minors, or child sexual abuse material.
We may remove content or restrict access to protect users, the Service, or legal compliance.
Do not attack or overload the Service, scrape or copy it at scale, bypass security, use harmful bots, or use RankMe for illegal activity.
Service software, design, and branding belong to RankMe or licensors, except user content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum allowed by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify RankMe against claims arising from your content or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service or users.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
Laws of Ukraine. Disputes: courts of Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
